Our values-based culture shapes everything we do, both internally and externally. Our intense focus on quality and customer service is a reflection of those values and mission. Each quarter our employees vote on a team member who most exemplifies our values, and we hand out awards (and cash prizes) to the winners. We also celebrate big moments together, such as a traditional Thanksgiving table dinner down the middle of the shop floor, and a memorable holiday party filled with great food, cookie decorating, live music, and raffle prizes.
We want our employees to always feel valued and proud to work at P1, and we are so proud of the workforce that makes up our company.
